Another packed Monday evening! Not content with simply sending in images we now have members of the group doing video demonstrations...whatever next!! Anyway, here is the breakdown:
![]()
Arun Radysh Haasis has been very busy indeed constructing a new studio to house his lovely new Wadkin RU...is there no end to this young man's talents !! We're all waiting to see the follow up images of the space as it gets finished and comes into use.
Jim Briggs was photographed with his young relatives proving just how sturdy their garden swing is! Those two young ladies need to get some turning done...wonder where they could get some lessons Jim...
Patrick Lindsay gave us a rather splendid splash of colour in the shape of some photos of his orchids in bloom...some nice images there for any artists...not wanting to mention any names (Olive).
Phil Irons sent over a photo of some timber that has recently arrived at his local timber yard. It's a Monkey Puzzle tree in three lengths of about 5-6 metres each....sorry but I couldn't resist the temptation of half of it and I now need to arrange transport to Scotland....anyone got a really big trailer??
Phil also sent over a video of a piece he had recently completed with some rather striking epoxy and metal powder infil:
Last but by no means least Stephen Mellor sent over a video workshop tour along with a demonstration of him turning a Christmas tree ornament:
Stephen shot the whole video himself using his smart phone...so let's see some more tours and demos then!!
As always we had several contributions from others so, if you showed something, then please do send over some photos you can do it from your mobile phone.... it's not that hard, just ask a teenager for help!!
DON'T FORGET: YOU SHOULD SEND OVER YOUR PHOTOS FOR MONDAY EVENING RIGHT AWAY FOLKS!!
Don't forget you can find the previous Monday Session Reports on the website just click here. You can also look at the images for each week by clicking here and look at the images for each contributor by clicking here.
Once again thanks to all of you for making these evenings such a success, if nobody contributed then none of these evenings could happen. Keep on making and, most important of all, keep on sharing!
